Open Question: how can i relieve depression I’m always sad?

I do not know why, but I always hurt no matter what I do, I have been thinking about negative things, it really makes me disappointed, I have a lot of homies we are always cold, but no matter what, I always feel lonely I feel I was never gonna feel so good, my cousin recommended drugs, but I have not, it will never work, it just let me do stupid things, I've done things I regret, so I stopped. A man Please help!
