Open Question: lexapro sexual side effects?

Today, I began to accept my feelings of Lexapro. I'm glad I finally did some work, but I read what the side effects can be web pages, I started the drug shame. Negligible, because it seems than the risk of depression, almost all based on user-account side effects I've read has said that it was fully destroyed their desire and ability to achieve orgasm. This is not a good sign. I am proud of the few things I is one of a very active, with my girlfriend satisfying sex life, I really do not want to lose or influence. So, who told me that if it is basically set in stone, which is going to happen? Any person who has been on the Lexapro, where there is no destruction of their sex life?
