Open Question: Bipolar Depression (Cyclothymia)?

I am diagnosed with Cyclothymia. This means that I have a lot of ups and downs (sometimes mild, sometimes severe), all day long. In the past few years, I Lexapro and drug Adderall a few weeks. Do not know if I like it. My sleep has never been so great, and with the terrible drug Adderall. I''ve heard trying to Seroquel, or other similar drugs. This experience, no one can help me figure what? I tried to stay away from any intense emotional stability, but … because of my low point, can be very, very low, can not stand, my high point, is by no means out of hand or improper I do not want to be zombies.
